1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using SNT Bot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
  • The license is valid for the subscription period you purchased
  • Each license is valid for ONE device at a time
  • You may transfer your license to a new device once per month

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, sell, rent, or redistribute your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Modify or create derivative works of the Software
  • Use the Software to violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Use multiple licenses simultaneously for the same account
  • Attempt to bypass license validation mechanisms

4. Third-Party Game Terms

Important Disclaimer

SNT Bot is a third-party tool not affiliated with InnoGames GmbH. Using automation tools may violate the terms of service of Tribal Wars. You use this Software at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for any actions taken against your game account
  • You acknowledge that using the Software may result in account penalties
  • We do not guarantee that the Software will work on all game servers

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy or cryptocurrency
  • Cryptocurrency payments are final upon blockchain confirmation

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments
  • Refunds are not available if the license has been activated
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse

6. Subscription Terms

  • Monthly: 30 days from activation
  • Quarterly: 120 days from activation (3 months + 1 month free)
  • Lifetime: Valid for the lifetime of the product

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive email reminders before expiration.

7. Updates and Support

  • Updates are included free of charge during your subscription
  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with game updates
  • Support is provided via Telegram during business hours
  • We do not guarantee response times for support requests

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GAME ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You share or redistribute your license key
  • You attempt to reverse engineer the Software
  • You engage in fraudulent payment activities

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
